Enjoy my time with the missus who retires in July.

Fordot the diet,put on a few stone in the last year,must get cracking on the diet after this week
Go low/sugar free,it drops off quite quickly,i assume you are like me and can't excersise? it's tough going for the frst week then you'll feel great
