Adele from Kippax AA lower tier a proper bar girl who had pints already pulled at Half Time LEGEND.

Now this is a bloody good shout!

Someone please find this girl & make her bar manager at the new place for fuck's sake! She'd have the system sorted in no fuckin time!

Totally agree about Adele, but what about big Carole who worked along side her? She was one woman that stood no shit !!!

Remember the golden goal number on the front of your programme that won you a fridge? And what's all this talk about toilets??..I just remember getting wet feet where all the blokes pissed up against the back wall of the kippax and it gradually ran down the steps to the front.

My dad used to stick me on one of the blue crush barriers and Blues all around us would move to let me on and would help hold me up if dad wanted to light a fag or something. You'd start the match in one place and finish up miles away, people would just slide us kids along the bars as the crowd moved.

Anyone worry that kids these days will never have those experiences and so never have the same love for the club we have?

Half-time draw tickets - buy one every game never got anywhere near!!
Also towards the end of MR the kick for cash thing they used to do, used to have me in stitches some of em!

And the meat n tater pies not cos they were any good but because I met my wife, she used to sell em at the back of the old Kippax.

Night matches when all the cigarette smoke used to billow up out of the Kippax into the lights it was magical!!

God I Loved that place

always having a vague fear that the number up on the board would be missing from your season ticket - and then one game it was, but to someone else. phew
