Many don't realise just how good Napoli currently are which means this result will go a little under the radar but that was such a statement. We wasn't at our best but we still won comfortably away from home. Fernandinho was phenomenal, as was Stones and Delph

Said before the game that I thought we could well lose, but was looking forward to seeing how we would react to the challenge. Needless to say we came through with flying colours. What a team Guardiola is moulding here!

They will beat Shaktar at home and we will beat them in the ukraine.

I agree with Napoli beating them, but by then we'll be top, and I think we may struggle because we rightly rest players for the derby.

I'm so looking forward to going there for what will be a (very cold) dead rubber, but we will have a great time anyway, and I trust Pep will still want a win, no matter who he picks, and winning 6 group games will be amazing.

I don't read a lot on rag cafe but look in on the City threads,. I don't think he's two faced but basically a Pep fanboi, which I can understand after watching what he's done for us.

So much to enjoy tonight after the early nail-biting. The difference it gave us when David S came on was incredible. He's always available for a pass and is amazing at both keeping possession and laying off perfect balls for the likes of Sane to run on to. A crucial substitution imho

Good point. Pep managed the game perfectly. It was good to see Danilo and Ilkay getting a run. I thought those two did very well.
