hes a top class centre mid.

Arsenal usually played him in his weakest position wide left, he's far better on the right. Arguably better central, but he didn't play consistently enough there for Arsenal to say conclusively that it's his best position. Only my opinion, but would like to see him week in week out centrally to be fully swayed.

I sincerely doubt that the Barca deal will materialise. Completely surplus to requirements (isn't it?).

He's touted as a Xavi replacement. For a club where profligacy is sacrilege, that surely can't happen THIS TRANSFER WINDOW.
