Then who do you want to drop? NDJ? Yaya or Silva?

To be fair....i meant that who wouldn't want Barry dropped? The guy is lucky to still get so many starts.

De Jong, Yaya, Silva, Aguero, Dzeko, BARRY.......Nasri would be a HUGE improvement. He is an avarge player playing in one of the best midfields in the world. Pretty much same with Lescott.

Anyone who knows anything about football knows that gareth barry is a very good player you dont play for england as many times as he did if your average you dont play for a top four team if your average just because his name isnt barrydinho doesnt mean he is not a good player

Mancini keeps picking him. He knows why.

Not wanting to get in any argy bargy I suspect Nasri could play in all sorts of roles within our midfield, he could play a free role where Silva plays (doesn't mean Silva gets dropped) he could play where Barry is (again doesn''t mean Barry won't get another game) could play where AJ plays (same again doesn't mean AJ is dropped) and probably could play where Yaya plays especially when Yaya is off to ANC for a month or so after Christmas when there will be injuries suspensions and four competitions to play in. I also believe if NDJ out (maybe tomorrow) Barry might just play in his position. Too many people want a first eleven, ain't going to happen. For what it is worth and this is not my opinion, our manager rates Barry, in fact I suspect Barry has probably played more games under Mancini than any other player.

Barry gets a lot of unjustified shit from some sections of fans. Why i don't know really. Barry is a top player but because he has no pace sometimes looks as though he is struggling. I like him.

Good. The Beeb don't usually speculate unless its nailed on most of the time.

City would have issued a statement by now saying that we have withdrawn from negotiations if this were true.
this

Yeah I agree. The story broke earlier on Talksport (bollox I know) that the deal had broken down. I listened for all of 30 seconds and then realised Talk sport-Nothing to see there...Hope we get Samir this week. If Wenger plays him in Udinese then can't see it happening.

if wenger plays him wednesday we 100% will pull out, and wengers already said if he wasnt suspended on tuesday he would of played. its up to us to get it sorted quickly or lose the player.

After reading the recent article on the BBC about the deal still being alive, I think we are still in the same position we was 2 days ago and all these rumours today are bullshit just because wenger played him. (which I dont blame him beacause if I was that short of midfielders I would play him as well).

Of course he is a good player, but not that good. Nasri is a HUGE improvement. Someone who offers creativity and pace to the midfield. AND GOALS!
