You can bet your last quid that this will be addressed in his first interview, carried out at the stadium by Bailey/Clayton. He will be asked if the rumours about him preferring ManUre and about him 'reluctantly' coming to City are true and he will categorically state that he always wanted City. I'm convinced this will happen, because City always use these 'signing on interviews' to address media bullshit. In the unlikely event that the rumours are true, they simply won't address them, but we will see the truth when they do.

We have had this for every single player we have signed. They join us, they integrate into the setup straight away and they enjoy playing for us. Whether that is Yaya, Silva, Dzeko or now Aguero, the same thing happens over and over. The only players who don't get on here are those that Mancini has already cast aside.

Absolutely symptomatic of journalism in this country. Not once has anyone in the media mentioned that Nasri said officially that he didn't have a Facebook page, therefore the quotes about him not being happy with Arse fans is bullshit - but never reported.

This story about him wanting to go to the Rags is made up - Twatter bullshit, but they all report it as true. Or, they use the 'it is being reported' nonsense, which although true (it is being reported) they should also state that there isn't a single quote, but as stated in Private Eye every single week 'never let the truth get in the way of a good story'!

It has also been reported this morning on Talkshite that the council are thinking of banning the Poznan! Seriously, not one single fucking quote or substantiated source! They're reading Bluemoon!
