What do you mean by 'apparently'? According to what source? There is no way Arsenal will play Nasri IF he is going to sign for us in the next few days. If Nasri gets any sort of long term injury (highly possible) then Arsenal lose £25m. Thats what one game could cost them, and not even Wenger is that doo-lally.
someone who knows more than you mate!!!! i rarely am rude to people on here but i will make an exception for you!! nasri will sign for us but his current club who he is obligated to play for until hes sold desperately needs him so wenger has asked us to let him play!! you come across as far from a city fan mate and seem to cause most of the endless pages of rows on here due to your constant bullshit that you post!! maybe time to piss off back to the forum of the team that you support and let manchester city fans talk/debate about our club.

No reason to disbelieve you but Le Arse not be in the same situation on Wednesday?

To me its bonkers - we should have done the deal this weelend so Nasri gets a full weeks training in so he is ready for the Spuds game - maybe we wont rrain on Monday because we have a Sunday game but it all seems mad to me to agree to such a situation

anyway want to see Aguero on Sunday whom is a City player rather than someone who currnetly in a Le Arse player
just what i`ve been told mate??? they have no depth in their midfield and wenger wants nasri to play and i`ve been told at the minute that he will play!! cant see into the future am afraid but at the minute as im led to believe hes playing.

Humour me here but how is a player who's going to roundly booed all game of any benefit to Arsenal?

If it was City and this had happened to one of our players I certainly wouldn't want him to play - team spirit, crowd behind you etc.

I think Sky are gonna have to break out the bleep machine if he plays.

Wednesday is a completely different cup of tea.

1) If he plays saturday he can still play for us in prem.
2) If he plays wednesday and Arsenal progress he is cup tied.
3) If Arsenal were to lose on Wednesday they miss out on 25m so temptation may be there.
4) All the above could be made irrelevant if he signs for us on Monday.

I am not saying what Arsenal will do he is their player, there are advantages and disadvantages and Wenger will have to weigh them all up before deciding.

Does anyone else think its in our interests to have nasri play against the dippers?I think we need arsenal to beat them and we'd be fools not to assist in that...a run of bad results for the dippers could be beneficial whereas a win v arsenal gives them momentum.

Do us proud samir! :-)

knowing the arsenal fans, it will be an horrific game for nasri, they are without doubt the most self righteous set of fans to grace football, i could never understand why the united fans hated them, but over the past couple of seasons it has become more understanding, their graceless vindictiveness towards above on adebayor was a disgrace, i believe this to be one of the main reasons they have won nothing for six years, nobody on this forum could not but applaud arsenal when they came to maine road and annihilated city in the space of the first twenty minutes a few years back, but what happens when they come to eastlands when Ade signs, how dare he sign for that lot they are beneath us we are arsenal, then you have soccer saturday assessment of Ade which was above and beyond with charlie fkn nicholas and merson because of ades switch to city, the witch hunt did not stop there, with van persie sending a statement for gary big ears lineker to read out on match of the day telling the whole of britain that adebayor had an agenda, but conveniently missing out his attempted leg brake tackle and his four letter rant at the city fans when he scored, then you had the arsenal fa director going on talkshite saying we will be dealing with adebayor this week with him and a certain man united director making sure he was suspended for the next derby game, but with no mention of his wonderful fans behavour in the away section,it is no wonder aboue did his self a favour and left this week after arsenal fans treatment of him was an absolute disgrace, the chorus of boos the lad got a few month back must still be ringing in his ears, their is a lot wrong at arsenal but untill the fans have a reallity check and reallise that the days of the invincibles are over it will continue, they are part of the downfall of arsenal along with these ex players and long may it continue?

Is anybody a lil worried about those 180k wages?

Does seem a lot for a player like him imo, especially when we have Tevez, Aguero, Silva & Toure on huge wages already.
