it's quite simple really.

If Nasri wants to stay at arsenal he can.
If Nasri wants to go to Man u he could force the issue or wait a year.
If Nasri wants to come to City he can.
If Nasri wants to go elsewhere he can

its HIS choice

ps, there's no need for me to add any reasoning or sly digs. those are the simple facts. we'll just have to wait and see which option he chooses.

itk?

How confident are you rick that he won't sign??bearing in mind arsenal have intially fucked us around and the only thing left is the agent?? Mancini stated it's very close and should be sorted asap and I mentioned yesterday morning that wenger had begged to play nasri as he had no midfielders left!!
whaaaaaaat......thats the worst theory ever. Why would he beg another team to play his own player? And he has other midfielders, sure they are younger and not as good. But he could play Lansbury who's U21 England international for example.

Well said and it's nice to have someone who isnt as delusional as most posters on this forum. For the past 2 weeks this has been "nearly complete" but something inst right, something is holding him back. The fact that some people think that "city allowed him to play for arsenal" is hilarious. Who does he play for again.........oh yes, Arsenal.

You seem to be avoiding my questions for some reason?

Wenger begged us to let him play? Where is the proof in this? Again I just can't see it happening. Did you see the huge grin on we gets face when he was asked about it yesterday after the Liverpool game?

He had a grin on his face when asked about Fab so yeah yeah it must mean he aint coming because Fab is still there so your right you could be on to summit!

Nasri will not sign for city. Thankfully I'm away in Spain at the minute so I'm not hooked in this media frenzy and nonsense surrounding the city and Nasri story. Because I'm over here and not watching sky sports news, listening to the radio all day I'm looking at this whole situation in a different way. Let's rewind 2 months shall we and remind you all of how events unfolded. Nasri openly admitted he would love to play for united. If he wanted it that much, he would have gone on the pre season tour with them and been in a red shirt, but he didn't. So back to recent events regarding him signing for city. This transfer has been rumbling on now for the best part of a month. There has been ample chances for him to sign, but he hasn't, just like he didn't sign for united. So what's stopping him from signing? Money - no way, we offered him triple his wages so it isn't that. I think his agent has something up his sleeve. Nasri is a great player but if he doesnt want to play for us, which he clearly doesn't, then it's time we moved on and put an end to this farce of a transfer.

If all the above is true then why has he agreed terms with us?

There's always hurdles and stumbling blocks during negotiations, some players hurdles are easier than others.

Like i said last night it's just a bit of dick measuring going on so all parties come out happy.

The last thing i heard is he should be in the squad to visit Spuds, going by that he's got till Thursday.

I don't recall him "openly" admitting he wanted to play for the rags and i don't see any proof that he "clearly" doesn't want to play for us.

You don't write for the British media do you by chance?
Yep, neither do i. I remember the Media CLAIMING he would prefer the Rags but they never got the soundbite they so desperately wanted.

Is this the same media everyone on here is taking gospel about him wanting to join city? Where are the direct quotes regarding this?

Nasri has quite wisely said NOTHING about his future. The only evidence we have is Ferguson stating publicly that he had CHOSEN to go elsewhere, yet you proclaim that Nasri would prefer to go to the rags. Where is your evidence for this?
