Has he referenced the Barca Way? It's always a giveaway.

Well Pep gave them a couple of days off last week so I guess Bernardo and his girlfriend fancied a couple of days in a Scottish castle and why not ?Still confused. Have not seen the lady I have not seen anything about him or Ferran in Scotland confused as to why either would be in Scotland regardless of the company. He could go anywhere in the world with whoever the lady is. Footballers usually go to warm places or exciting cities. I love Scotland tho

You do sound bitter if you can claim I am being arrogant that Catalan cantera kids would seek an eventual return to the club of their dreams. Pique left, came back. Cesc left, came back. Tello was kicked out, came back. Alba kicked out, came back. No chance that the most ideal academy constructed in Manchester could ever hold significance over a Catalan kid coming through La Masia. Even Pep has alluded to it in interviews many times over, City will have to take a long time to develop a culture that sustains itself - Barca have La Masia for more than 4 decades
What you describe as mitigating factors are temporal fluctuations, what is permanent is precisely the culture, history & local significance. You could build a utopia elsewhere but for a local Catalan kid Barca represents a unique dream. Then think of the South American influence at Barcelona, they will always be linked to the region due to language, climate and history. Even for the most blaugrana player ever in Pep, he too will make the pilgrimmage back so yeah absolutely comical
Which Canton?I have never claimed to originate from Catalunya
Fuck me Barcalona will be the last place to go back to with Lockdown round the cornerStill waiting for FCBARCA to explain why every Barca player must crave to return.
What does he even mean by culture ? We are older We both play similar style football is actually more important in British culture than Spanish culture.
We have given him multiple reason why we are the better bet for a player from a footballing point of view.
He is making out like that at Barcelona they do not teach players how to play but instead lock them in the class room and fill them with pro Barca propaganda and reeducation so that they all love and adore Barcelona and can never make an assessment based on financials chances of player direction of travel on the field direction of travel off it transfer dealing debt board and management structure etc.
I would love him to try and come back about our set up now being potentially superior in terms of number of scouts CFG the recent buying of lots of youth the current results its yielding etc
Funny I could have sworn we have/had loads of players from South America that have stayed here for their best years and not gone to barcaYou do sound bitter if you can claim I am being arrogant that Catalan cantera kids would seek an eventual return to the club of their dreams.
