They are allowed to spend big because they have new Owners they could spend 500m this window if they have a plan to get back on track in the next 3/4 years!!

One that has spent £220m in 20/21; £110m in 21/22; ~£200m in 22/23 (and >£650m in the 5 years before hand). Its exceptional levels of spend (>£1bn) for 1 league title in 7 years. Doesnt get the attention ours does
