I find this a weird question and somehow it shows no respect towards Ake. I’m sure it’s not what you wanna say, but do you think Ake or any other player wants to play fourth choice?

Exactly right, a well run club is always striving to replace players that are leaving with better ones it's one of the ways a team improves.

Ake is a brilliant fourth choice centre back who filled in well at left back. I'd be disappointed to see him leave but I understand he needs game time and I wouldn't be heartbroken if we went into the season with three first choice centre backs and a right back who can play there. But I don't think we will.

I’d like to see some one like mbete given a chance to be fourth choice.
Maybe nieve if me, I realise at this point he won’t be at ake’s level but for fourth choice I hope some one from the academy is considered.

The player is overrated and we would probably have never got the best Captain we possibly could find.
