Believe me you wouldn't have seen Ronaldo pulling any tricks tonight the way Bayern closed down play, and if You believe Navas can't run at defenders then you're talking nonsense.

Navas was caught in the headlights tonight just like all the other city players and gave a couple of stray balls in the first half, once he settled down he was one of our better players and never stopped for the full 90 mins.

Give the lad a chance to get used to the club, If we wanted tricks we should have bought a sealion instead.

You're having a laugh. Navas is not one of the best but the best winger we've had for a long time. Last night he came central a couple of times and also covered Richards in defence when Micah was out of position. Its ridiculous to expect him to do this as well as attack a Bayern side who closed play down and didn't give anyone a chance on the ball.

This may be somewhat controversial with some of the fan boys here but I genuinely think Navas is as good as Silva given time. When Silva came on last night their link up a few times was incredible and I expect big things from them with Negredo in the central role

We aren't utilising his talents, he needs to be moving and balls slipped in behind for him to move on to, I think Silva being back may see a difference in Navas and his game....Arsenal are masters at getting players in behind while moving at full pelt ie Walcott and that's why the signing of Ozil will prove a master stroke for them....Silva if used right could do a similar job and Navas will benifit from it
