NDJ is gone ?

He was excellent yesterday, their 2nd goal apart. Best game I've seen him play in a long old time, good to see.

matey watch the game again and in the first half he's just running around
and not putting any tackle's in or running back and let rooney run past him over and over again his fault aswell for the first goal

2nd half was alot better from de jong but 0.3 down and down to 10 men aswell
you just needed de jong to show up like micah and give that bit more
but micah/kun was magic yesterday

Spot on. De Jong and Nasri were our two worst players yesterday. I'm a big fan of De Jong and to be fair he's not had a good run of games in a while so I'm putting it down to him being a bit rusty. His job should have been to stick to Rooney and if he had their first goal could have been avoided. Nasri though, God knows what is going on with him. Personally I think Mancini plays him too deep. But he was pathetic yesterday.

Kolarov also was very bad at the back. Yes he scored a free kick for us, so no complaints with him attacking but Clichy would have been the better option for me.

Still hope NDJ stays.

Tunnel cam confirms that my mate was talking a load of bollocks, because Nige didn't have any turf in his hands coming at the end. This doesn't rule anything out, but certainly renders this thread pretty shit by self-admission.

Pray tell me which City midfield player, playing deep with our defense, made an ill-advised diagonal pass (trying to thread thru 3 rags) across the centre which was intercepted by a 4th.

Unfoytunately this led to VK, trying to recover the turnover, being red carded.

Is that a 'suicide' pass?

If I am not mistaken that would be our dear friend Samir. :(
