Nedum Onuoha

Amazing, when it was Hughes who refused to pick him and he only got a chance to prove himself under Mancini.

Looks like another player who knows he's out of the door because better players are coming.

really disappointed in ned thb. soccer am is just not the platform for comments like that. glad its at least end of season.

Nobody's slagging him, well, most of us aren't.

But he shouldn't be coming out on national t.v. on a comedy programme and quite blatantly critiscising the manager and the backroom team.

why not, would you rather he spoke to the papers instead or would you rather we gag the whole playing staff

Put your dislike for Mancini on one side for a sec Shady and you will see how unprofessional Ned is being. Not the time or place, unless he's angling for a move.

but what has he said - anybody record it or is there a replay of the programme?

He said hes had a poor season, mancini doesnt like him and he had to tell Lescott hes not going to the world cup.

1. Mancini doesn't like him (Onouha).

2. He doesn't agree with Mancini saying that Ireland needs to sort his head out. He also said Ireland is the best player he's ever played with.

3. Lescott received no help from City management in his England bid whereas he thinks the likes of Harry Redknapp do as much as possible.

I think we'd rather private matters be handled privately.

so we go back to a seige mentality where even us fans don't know whats going on??

It's nothing to do with that. Certain employees not getting on with managers is nothing new. It happens in every workplace in the world. I'm not surprised that Mancini isn't everyones cup of tea. I remember Elano, Robinho, Dunne criticising Hughes too. That's life. But deal with it internally instead of on national tv where only one side of the argument gets put forward, and invites further criticism of our club.

It's simply a matter of respect and professionalism. Ned unfortunately displayed a lack of both.

Good player & nice lad - but you've fucked up there Ned!
Unless it was just a cynical attempt to get a move - praise for Redknapp too - Spurs bound?
