How about Richards at centre back with Zab at right back? It reduces our penetration down the right wing, but i'd be more confident with Richards in the middle next time than i would be if we recalled Kolo Toure.
I would be more confident in a 5yr old having a nap then i would kolo the clown
Cmon Kolo is a word class defender. He always was I woudlnt rate him lower than Terry or Ferdinand

He has voice and he makes a good captain, just because he has been out for months and you guys are quick to forget how well we played when he and vinnie were at the back

How quick have u lot forgot the Arsenal game

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk/news/team-news/2010/april/toure-in-great-kompany" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk/news/team-news/20 ... at-kompany</a>

He hasnt been playing for 6 Months and you think he will hit the ground running!!!

Cmon be fair on the guy

I didnt rate him before his ban, i didnt rate him during the ban and im not about to starting rating him after his ban. I have been fair to the guy he just isnt that good

Your posting as if Richards had anything close to a decent game against QPR.

You're posting as if Richards plays like he did against QPR every week.

No, I'm not and that's frankly a ridiculous assertion. It borders on offensive in how stupid the assertion is.

Richards had a bad match. Most every player did. It's not shocking to think that moving him to CB wouldn't improve his performance in the match. It's a good thing I don't believe in judging a player on one match or perhaps I would be enough of a moron to think Richards should be benched after one off-match.

Very true. QPR set them a real test and sometimes you can only play as well as you're allowed to.
Lessons will have been learned from this game and thats valuable.
We won and I don't think we should be too hard on our lads.

And to quote a certain Mr Hansen "we`ll see how good City are, when under pressure"
He even mentioned it on MOTD after the QRP game and even he now realises that we are a half decent team,he did give us some credit.
Play badly and win and that is the sign of a team that can seriously win the PL.

Next time Vinnie or Lescott are out, we need to put Nedum in.

We all know Kung Fu Kolo's poor but I've also though Savic hasn't looked up to much, especially recently against Wolves and today.

I'm in no way writing Savic off, he has a lot of time to improve and will probably be a good player but we look very shaky with him at the moment.

Nedum has proved many times in the past he can play very well at centre half, so give him a go.

I'm pretty sure I've never agreed with anything you've ever said. Wasn't it you who was saying that AJ should be starting over Silva last season?
