We simply have to stick with him. In the 1st half he played well, kept his line and dealt with Defoe etc, unfortunately in the 2nd half a bad header which tbf shouldn't have been allowed to get that far and then after that he looked nervous.
He always looks nervous, indecisive and likely to make an error. He gave away the penalty against Liverpool, his mistake led to the goal which let Tottenham back in it and then he lost possession which almost cost us all three points. It is not unreasonable to drop him for a semi-final, one mistake and it is bye bye Wembley.
This doesn't mean he won't have a career at City, he just isn't ready for the pressure of games like this yet.
