We need a replacement striker for 2/3 months. We've just signed david villa for New York City and loaned him to Melbourne till march. They should cancel that move and he can take the beasts place for a few months.

Lot of talk of David Villa, but surely we would have to register him in the CL and BPL squads eventhough he will only play a month which means we would add another foreigner to the already over the limit number.

Using David Villa to fill in until the end of September would make sense as Melbourne don't kick off their season until 11th October. The only issues would be the 25man squad & foreign players quota. If their was room for him then I would definitely use him for the short period.
