He tried to start it off outside the post with it bending in towards the corner like the Roberto Carlos free kick from years ago, he ended up ballsing it up and putting it straight at Mignolet. It's a poor piece of finishing to add to an unnecessary choice of shot selection, that just happened to find its way in because of some crap goalkeeping.

We all LOVE that it went in and couldn't care less how it went in. But to pretend that it was anything but how you have described is utterly ludicrous.
I'll be honest and say that coming home in the car after the game I said to my mate that it's just aswell the ball went in because it would have been a howler had it been saved. Right idea but the execution was shite.
