Negredo's outside left foot

It's hilarious the people in here trying to justify it as a great goal by saying 'he kicked it with the outside of his foot so that it would swerve'. Cheers Alan Shearers, WE KNOW.

He tried to start it off outside the post with it bending in towards the corner like the Roberto Carlos free kick from years ago, he ended up ballsing it up and putting it straight at Mignolet. It's a poor piece of finishing to add to an unnecessary choice of shot selection, that just happened to find its way in because of some crap goalkeeping.

You sir, are correct.

We all LOVE that it went in and couldn't care less how it went in. But to pretend that it was anything but how you have described is utterly ludicrous.

Doubters who keep saying it was a fluke /bad shot co'z it was right in the middle perfectly sums up Mingolet perspective .

As opposed to the people who for some reason don't think that a premier league goalkeeper would understand the concept of a ball swerving in the opposite direction if kicked with the outside of the boot?

Wonder if Mignolet tipped it over (as he should of) and we'd drew if people would be raving over this outstanding swerve and technique.
I'll be honest and say that coming home in the car after the game I said to my mate that it's just aswell the ball went in because it would have been a howler had it been saved. Right idea but the execution was shite. Sometimes you need the rub of the green to win big games and we got ours yesterday instead of a draw.

At the time I thought Negredo's shot was going over but it wasn't.

He shouldn't have given Mig a chance of saving it, but how was Mig supposed to save that? He tried to turn it over the bar
