Yeh I meant that had actually been fined , as although I know its illegal , in my eyes only the distributors are in real risk currently

To be fair Streaming used to be legal until a few years ago. it was a loop hole as streams were not covered.

P2P though is the killer, Id not touch those if I didn't have a VPN as your are downloading and uploading at the same time. so you are in legal terms a distributer.
