Can't believe so many on here thinking that's not a pen, foot up and missed the ball, kicked Kane's foot.

He didn't go for the ball, he stuck his foot in front in an attempt to get a block in, Kane has been free to take the shot and then kicked his foot on the follow through not the defender kicking kane. if anything, it's a foul by Kane.
