New “UEFA Financial Sustainability” rules

Whatever they do now or in the future will not affect us.
To late, history clubs, you thought, we weren't a threat at first , and that the project would fall apart.
You've tried everything too take us down but we're now established and there's nothing you can do, that will have an impact on us , without hurting yourselves.

The Rags are in the shit big time with this, the whole stadium is outdated and needs shitloads spending on it.

The Glazers won't get it done, nor will any prospective buyer unless the Glazers sell the club significantly under value.

They'll be ground sharing with us at Eastlands within 20 years, mark my words.

(That’s unless they go bust in the interim - fingers crossed)

It is allowed and it won’t affect us.

Come on lads, these rules are much more watered down than ffp and won’t be an issue.
yes, I agree, I don't think we've (the club singular) got anything to fear from these changes.

Once you realise that they've come to terms with working out that City are here to stay, the changes seem to be about:
1. Ensuring no-one pries into Bayern's (and others) related parties commercial deals.
2. Keeping a drawbridge in place to stop anyone else crossing the divide and diluting the cartel's money tree.
3. Possibly killing off Newcastle (and any other 'upstarts') ambitions/hopes of a quick (5 years) sustainable leap to the top (a la City).
4. Keeping United & Barca just about afloat by still looking the other way on debt - though they are both going to be slightly killed by the Infrastructure (and other) cost changes.

For other English clubs:
Everton look very screwed over.
Tottenham probably breathing a sigh of relief that they've got their cheese room stadium built.
Ditto Arsenal.
Everyone else - kiss your ambitions of success goodbye, perhaps putting your weight behind supporting the 'istree clubs wasn't such a good idea, no? when the club you'd like to follow with outside investment is City. Turkey's voting for Christmas is very apt.

Having read a bit more. Look at the implications for different clubs and ability to pay wages. As per these table. The percentage is key and has to come down to 70%. Arsenal look bad at 93% but then look at the big European clubs...

He does make the point that was a covid season with no match day income.

It also starts at 90% in 23/24 and is only at 70% in 25/26
