if this goes through the likes of Everton , Villa etc may aswell pack it in.
disgraceful .
disgraceful .
This 10 fixtures in a 36 team league with a set number of spots for the knockouts is in no way open to manipulation...I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea. 2 more away trips than at present and hopefully not playing the same teams every season.
We'll see how it turns out I guess.
They could, but it would be pretty obvious, same as they could fix groups and draws now, but evidently don’t as all our groups and draws are good, or have been for a few years now. This 10 fixtures in a 36 team league with a set number of spots for the knockouts is in no way open to manipulation...
City: Barca (H), Real (A), Rags (H), Dippers (A), PSG (H), Atleti (A)...
Dippers: Leipzig (H), Benfica (A), Ajax (H), Lyon (A), Porto (H), Inter (A)...
etc.
Does your mum know about your four father's ??If this is true and goes ahead I'm out, why couldn't they have just left the game my forefathers and myself have loved...
HahaDoes your mum know about your four father's ??
That was how I felt to be honest, and I'd rather be on the inside than the outside.May be it just me but I like the sound of 10 games in a league of 36, seems far more interesting than the current group stage. I’m not against an 18 team premier league either, think it was an original plan when it was formed.
Not a fan of wildcards, but 2 is less than I feared.
For that reason I'd also prefer to be on the inside, even if I don't like it, but this might be the best way to avoid it.A European super league won’t take long now. I predict within 5 years. The top clubs want too much money and most of them also need it (Barca,Madrid). The fact is these clubs don’t wanna be playing the likes of sheff Utd, West Brom, Eibar, Huesca etc. They want a franchise NFL style league where can absolutely rinse the fuck out of it for money
Good point about playing the same teams, but it depends how it's stitched up, and I've no doubt it will be if it can be.I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea. 2 more away trips than at present and hopefully not playing the same teams every season.
Who picks the wildcards, do we know?May be it just me but I like the sound of 10 games in a league of 36, seems far more interesting than the current group stage. I’m not against an 18 team premier league either, think it was an original plan when it was formed.

Representatives of the rags and red scousers..Who picks the wildcards, do we know?
Don’t know but I’d guess it’s the 2 teams that finish outside qualifying positions across europe with the highest coefficient.Who picks the wildcards, do we know?
Oh and Juventus.I actually think it might be better as it freely admits it's about the rags dippers the German rags the Spanish rags and the Catalonian dippers.
They are in the body supporting it Bill, the ECA, its not just UEFA.if this goes through the likes of Everton , Villa etc may aswell pack it in.
