Maclaren was on 5 five live earlier, he reckoned it was the replacement of the current CL competition which ends in 2024. It was said "5 teams" I assumed PL? He reckoned PL to carry on domestically also?

The problem is, if we don't join it, the best players won't sign for us & any we find, will be poached by the others. So they will also be better than us, in the domestic competiton.

It will effectively be back to the days of Adebayor & Wayne Bridge for us.

A penny for Ceferin and his uefa cronies thought's now. G14 clubs urging uefa to go after City, uefa meekly obeys, only to be shit upon from a great height by those same clubs.

I wonder if uefa and all the European associations could break away from fifa? Kick participating clubs out of all domestic comps, European championships every 2 years and clashes with the world cup. No International call ups for any players in the breakaway league. If uefa had the balls to do that the breakaway league would be a non starter.
