Bullshit most likely BUT did Mancini get his first choice summer signings probably not - is he expecterd to land a trophy probably YES and there appears to be tensions

Glad Marwood's having to take a back seat. I think everything's been said that can be said about the summer window.
As good as this guy might be do we not see it leading to more disruption? For me if I was the manager I'd like to know I had complete control.

This is extremely good news.
In all fairness, the summer window was well beneath what a newly crowned premiership champions should have had.
As champions we should have gone out and acquired the players to improve our first 11 such as Hazard, Corzola, Vertongen, Van Persie, Dembele, DDR to name a few.
Instead, these players went to our rivals and we only bought squad players.
We also let a very important player and part of our 'system' NDJ go and really didn't replace him. (As a side note I believe this is a big reason why we aren't as solid this year and are conceeding more chances).
Mancini isnt responsible for that. It can only be Marwood.
Marwood being moved sideways in favour of the 2 guys who ran Barca for 7 years can only be an excellent progressive move by our club. These 2 will be 'linked up' like no one else and are 'names' with big reps and big CVs.
Not sure Marwood wont just repeat himself in the Academy. Acquire players who aren't quite the best. I see him being jibbed totally within 12 months.
This also demonstrates that the owners have noticed the issues caused by the summer window and the consequent poor showing in the CL. They are taking early action to prevent a slide and get things back on track.

No manager has 'complete control'. Football is a business and the businessmen have a huge say in what happens. If the 2 guys who helped mould Barca into the best football team on earth are going to 'cause disruption' there is no hope for the rest of football.

Well it is a football forum and a city one at that, erm i am a city FAN so that is the point. My point is the structure is in place as the days are gone were you bring in a new manager and he appoints his own staff, the owners bring in from the top and work down, bobby must be pappin himself, i would be.
