If the sleeves are actually that dark. I don't get it. Nobody wants that!
AC Milan prominently display the flag of St George on their badge.
It's not absurd at all.
In Catalonia, the Spanish flag is considered by many to be associated with fascism, so they don't want that associated with the club. Exactly the same reason many City fans don't want a Union Jack or flag of St George on the shirt.
I've got no problem with the England flag, I just don't want it on a City shirt. It never has been, isn't going to be and probably never will be, so I don't really understand why you're even arsed.
The difference is we are still English. Barcelona do not believe they are Spanish, so why would they have a Spanish Flag.
I don't care whether we have an English flag on our shirt or not. I just don't understand people who really do not want it there as if they're ashamed of it.
Either way the shoulders are darker than the body of the shirt, like last year’s kit, though perhaps not as pronounced.
The weave pattern would have been much better as a very subtle embossing on the same sky blue on the sleeves, like the example below.
Hello, is this the right place for an argument about whether something that probably isn't on the shirt shouldn't be on the shirt. If it is I think we shouldn't have Daffodils on a City shirt.
I agree. This collar looks so much better than that single button one. The navy blue accents around the neck would go nicely with the navy socks! Hope this is more like the real one than that button one doing the rounds ...
If that is the actual shirt, it is ****ing awful. That is actually worse than last year’s, and I didn’t think that was possible.
I’ll only be buying that if we win the quadruple.
