Going to End of the Road at the end of august, the line up this year is even more obscure than usual to me. Looking forward to Wilco and King Gizzard but anyone know any of the other artists and if they’re worth seeing? -

Future Islands are decent.
I think you've picked the cream of the crop though with King Gizzard and Wilco.

Thing with King Gizzard is they seem to release a new album every month so god knows what their set list will be like! I hear they’re very good live though.

Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Caroline,PVA I'd watch myself and have records by and for some Swedish psychedelic madness I'd always go for Dungen

The Bees have brought out a previously unreleased track from the You Got To Leave EP and Sunshine Hit Me LP era today:

They’re re-releasing Sunshine Hit Me in September with all the You Got To Leave tracks included, plus ‘Seeds’.

Great album. I believe the album comes in blue vinyl matching the original album cover

Newish band from Portsmouth formed in 2021 …

starting to get some good gigs in London and on south coast , looking for potential gigs in Manchester or this way up ..

I used to be in this band but being a dad of a toddler and being old has put paid to that lol ..

Sort of acting as a manger for them atm.

Fans of post punk and psyche might like it.

Sierpinski- straight jacket

DOPE LEMON’s new album, Kimosabè, is out in September

8th September for the album, Sea Of Mirrors.

They’re also releasing a vinyl and CD only album on the same day called Holy Joe’s Coral Island Medicine Show. Which is a collection of songs, poems and narrations.

Love the way this drifts along nicely. The outro is one of those I always one want to last longer…

Deb Grant has just played a couple of decent tunes this evening in New Music Fix on 6 Music.
