Opus Kink - My eyes brother.
A bit of a mental mash-up, but quite a good album.

Pigeon Detectives - TV Show
Decent pop-rock indie album. Basic, but works ok.

Bad//Dreems - Hoo Ha
worthwhile rock album, from a band I've quite grown to like with a bit of commitment.

Still planning a written list at some point, a few youtube videos to click on takes time.

The always excellent James Blake has got a new album coming out in September, Playing Robots Into Heaven. This is Loading, the second track released from it so far:

The Budos Band have a new album out, Frontier's Edge. A few here I think would like it. @threespires and @Psychedelic Casual .

Their album V (5) is imo their best, but the new one is good too.

Have been having a listen to this and a couple of their others, a good shout thank you. Undecided which I like most at the moment. They look like they'd be a great band to see live.

I prefer their 'darker' more serious tunes, to the bounce myself. V has a good mix. It is a bit Led Zep with trumpets, imo.

I still need to tackle this list, get longer the more I put it off.

edit, seen other post, simultaneous chat edit.

Interesting thread. Only just dipped in.

The Walls had a new album out in March that I quite like. I like all their stuff to be honest.

Stray Sparks.

This is a nice new direction from them.
The Big Freeze.
