When the last game of the season was the FA Cup, I can remember Barcodes wearing their new adidas kit.
Could be wrong ... but i think its mainly Adidas that does that on the last game with their teams. Does make sense, giving the fans a taster. Unlike Umbro that tease and tease until they release in August. Nike might be different, i'm not sure, but leaning towards the Umbro tease.

Think UMBRO (Nike) will the shirt for the Final. That way, they will sell another few thousand of them with FA Cup Winners tat on them if we win. It will be their last hurrah on the cha-ching front!
MIGHT get to see it at the End of Season friendlies in the States IF they want to heavily market to the Yanks.
BTW, the Semi was a BRILLIANT advert for the game and was shown on ESPN (basic cable), so everyone who wanted to watch it had no trouble doing so. I'm sure it will sell a few tickets! (I know St Louis is sold out, but they nearly all went to BROKERS who have jacked up the prices!)

Thats a very good shout regarding a possible release at USA gamrs. I forgot about them.

Anyone know whether we actually signed a new kit deal with Nike, or whether they have just taken over the remainder of the Umbro deal? If the latter is the case, then they could feasibly have us playing in our new Nike shirt for the FA Cup final. If it's the former, I would think that it'll be next season before we see it, as I can't see Umbro having a deal that expires only 4 days after the end of the season.

Unlikely Umbro will relinquish the use of the kit in the final to Nike. Now that Nike have no ties to Umbro they will not be able to force this through.
Nike kit will get its launch in the USA games after the end of the season.

It would certainly make sense. Never understood why Umbro didn't release theirs earlier. Especially for families going on holiday and the like. Big money spinner.
