First make sure you don't have the browser window full screen. Then resize it, if you click on the right edge of the window then move it left, the city now pane will disappear

I like the new website when I'm using it on my phone, it has crashed when Sane and Jesus signings were announced though, so I'm sure they'll be looking at it.
Using the website on my laptop is completely different, the sooner they scrap the City Now pane, the better.

A web site I use for Family History has been upgraded and I now have to log in using my email address not my membership number - 22 keystrokes instead of 5. And I bet they are paid stupid amounts of money as well (just like footballers).
