Anyone going to make any my first one will be to stop using them aerosol deodorants, roll on next year.

The usual. Stop being a fat **** and give up booze. I'm relaxed about the wheels coming off this one early next week.

Be less tolerant of Rags.
Try and get a ticket for Leeds away next season - should be a great atmosphere on their return to the Prem.
Be less tolerant on the Matchday thread.
Don't go on Bluemoon TV after a defeat, and especially after alcohol.

Drink more alcohol.

Mines pretty boring really, just get fit again. I'm not fat as such, I'm just sick of having bigger tits than my Mrs.

Got a couple of decent holidays planned in the first half of the year and want to be in decent shape.

Must lose some fucking weight.I`m 5`6" tall and weigh 17.5 stones, the heaviest I have ever been.Would love to lose at least three stone+ so I can wear a lot of shirts and City tops that have been redundant for a few years.
We now have the answer to the age old question; who ate all the pies? To quote countless terraces; "you fat barsteward"!

I just lost 2 st in 4 months just controlling food as no excercise for obvious reasons,it was strict but can be done,i just ate the same things everyday as i know what works for me,it was sort of a 5:2 thing, boring but worth it,men lose weight quicker than women so you could do 3 st in about the same time

Get in (better) shape, be more creative, ditch expensive TV packages, get on the bike more, drink less, make more music, spend more time with the kids
