Who specifically did you want that was game changing for our roster and was actually available?

Should have been sent off 1st half. Absolutely fuming he didn't get booked for that tackle early doors

The warning signs have been there all season—more poor incomings than outgoings combined with injuries and mental fatigue of going again. I don’t think it’s been Pep’s best start to the season, either. There’s still a long way to go, but we don’t look like contenders as it is—good cameo from Foden.

A lot of negativity on here which I understand as the performance wasn’t great but Newcastle are solid teams and don’t lose often at home. We move onto the next game it’s still early days. Up the blues.

Newcastle away isn’t an easy game and a draw was the right result. I do think Pep picked the wrong team though. So far (i hope it changes) Gundo has looked miles off the level needed and Pep picked the wrong team. Rico looks much better going into midfield rather than starting in it. And Savio should have started.

At times we need more physical power. Yaya, Rodri obviously, De Jong, Kompany.

For all sorts of reasons, our goals input from midfield has dried up completely, so regardless of how they actually played (and Grealish, Lewis, Bernardo, and Kovacic were all reasonable today) I fear for our results when Haaland isn't firing on all cylinders

Without Rodri we desperately need Foden to recapture last season's form whilst Doku needs to improve on his 3 PL goals.

We are Manchester fucking City. We’ll be absolutely fine.

And as for writing off the title… it’s September.
