Some people were worried about Burnley. Newly promoted team. They'll be right up for it. Vin will want to prove something to Pep. The crowd will be baying.
If you want to — and some on here do — you can always find a reason to worry about every match. For myself, I'm just bloody glad Saint-Maximin is no longer playing for them. He played the game of his life against us at St James's Park.

Oh and by the way, the poll: when you predict something, it does not mean that you want that outcome. Or that you're somehow not supporting your team. What happens on a poll on a forum has no bearing whatsoever on the actual match.
I'm always worried, but always hope for the best :)

I've got a good mate who follows Newcastle home & away. I was talking to him on the phone and he was saying he's worried their end will be shit, as they changed the criteria for this game and loads with low points who don't normally go have snapped up tickets.

Based on the above you clearly didn't read, or didn't understand the point - that's clear from the first paragraph, which points to HISTORY (as does the last part of the 2nd paragraph)

I didn't state Newcastle were Brazil 1970. I did state they're currently in a better position than us - as we're without 3 of the best players from last year, probably 4 as Bernardo won't make it, and we're behind prep wise. We've brought in 1 replacement and history tells us it takes time to adjust to Pep's style of play. So a point wouldn't be the end of the world
No they aren't.
The team we put out will be better than Newcastle's regardless of injuries and include the best goalscorer in world football.

That is more likely to mean they’ll be livelier. For us games that are further away like Norwich and Southampton go to lower points and are generally a lot livelier

It’s easier to see us dropping points due to the conditioning aspects, but come on, do we never learn that this is a marathon and we are the Dennis Kipruto Kimetto of the football….

People should also note that grinding is also now part of this team, we look less easy on the eye but we still break teams down better than any I’ve ever seen, and that’s also physically now…

This is perfect for kova tomorrow, I think he’ll find that space in the final 3rd through Eddie being more direct (it’s happening more often and clearly been worked on as another weapon this year), when this gels, haaland will explode, as it hasn’t quite fallen for him as yet, however, I think he’ll annihilate Burn tomorrow off the shoulder, with him getting dragged all over

3-1 and the Viking brings thunder
