Watched the barcodes match last week and whilst they were good Villa were absolutely awful. The geordies press high, very high, and quick, although they can only manage this in spells before tiredness sets in.
Remember we are the home team and even taking into account injuries we are currently the best team in the world. Route one balls to the Norwegian will frighten to death.
I am optimistic that the three points will be ours by the end of the day.

Eddie howes Newcastle play like Klopps Liverpool. Workhorse midfield of Bruno Tonali and Joelinton, press the hell out of the opposition and use the wingers and striker as a dangerous counter attack Isak is brilliant at that role.

It’s just about surviving their first 10 to 25 mins like Klopps Liverpool they will tire. But the first 10 to 25 mins is going to be difficult. Once they tire we should be fine we are at home as well. When they tire out our attack should punish them

My guess is we will be doing that tonight. They were pressing ridiculously high against Villa, like three on top of the keeper. If they do that tonight, we can conserve energy and reduce risk by having Ederson launch long balls to Haaland so he can torment Burn and cause chaos.
