I heard on the Radio that a $1bn settlment re a piracy case with the state owned broadcaster was reached today and this deal had been made conditional on that settlement. That tells you all you need to know:- They have a lot of money and are pretty unscrupulous. The detail on that piracy case was pretty damning. Mike Ashley was a tcun but these are worse - its just we dont buy our pants from there shitty retail stores.

I'm sat on the fence on this one.

I welcome more Arab money into the premiership, I'm glad it pisses the yank owned clubs off, spoilt entitled knobs at the scum and bin dippers crying into their frosties. I welcome the challenge of another potentially elite team.

But, wish it wasn't Newcastle, their fans have been some of the most vocal anti City pricks you could meet, that fat bearded pervert always digging us out, they signed letters demanding we be punished even though we proved our innocence, why couldn't it be Sunderland or Boro, much more deserving than the shirtless cry babies.
I wouldn’t want to be associated with these horrible bastards. A good fit for Newcastle.

It’s another payday for Delooney. He can fill his boots. Already heard an idiot on BBC saying: “it’s all about sports washing.” Does anyone seriously believe the Saudis give a toss about spotswashing? How stupid are these pundits?
The fact that they murdered a journalist in another country and said fuck you all to every western country, says to me they couldn't give 2 shits about their image.
Welcome on board lads.

Fair enough.

I just think transfer fees and wages can only increase so much until the bubble bursts. I know this was a common thing to say 10-15 years ago but it does truly feel like we're on the verge now. I would support a wage cap of some kind, if it could be implemented in a fair way, even if it meant Chelsea's advantage over other clubs like Arsenal and Spurs would be lost.

Hahahahaha the wailing and gnashing of teeth of certain teams will only get worse now they know what eventually will be happening and another historical club missing out, absolutely lovely ..

What is so wrong about players earning as much as they can in the market? You youself wouldn't submit to that sort of control in your profession, I would presume.
