Has the "temporary" freeze on sponsorship related to owners been lifted yet ? It was imposed for 1 month on 18 October to enable the PL to take legal advice given that we said it was illegal.

Seems to have gone very quiet, other than some confused suggestions around amendments to the "related parties" regulations.

Presumably their advice came back the same as ours.
