That was the most difficult decision ever because 95% of my brain wanted to vote for Phil One of our Own Foden but that wouldn't have been fair to the others because there was not a bad player on that pitch tonight (In Blue anyway) so I had to choose someone else.
So I chose Julian Alvarez as he scored the goal and what a goal.

John Boy please hurry back I wouldn't have to make these decisions then!! I feel as if I should vote for everyone.... :-) but when JB is here it's easy. JB all the way. :-)

The whole team impressed me today a lot of really good performances but Phil stepped it up and deserved motm. Erling had one of those slightly off games but he was still a threat.

Foden by a mile followed by Kova. Phil was superb but he still has so much more to offer. He will be the very best player in the world bar none in a few years time.

Who impressed you this evening?

Phil was so far ahead of everyone else ir was a bit embarrassing really. Aleverez took his half chance amazingly well and the defence was solid. Jack had a decent second half. A hard faught win which will be invaluable come May.
