Nothing is certain in football, the rags will drop points when people think they are nailed on to get them Wigan last year for example
 
3-1 win away at a dangerous Newcastle and off the back of last weekends kick in the teeth is a great result, and with some excellent flowing and cohesive football to go with it.

Amazed at some people moaning - it's not FIFA 2012.
 
Welcome 3 points. Only City could be by the far the better team but keep me with nerves shredded right until that final whistle. Clichy's back pass near the end...wtf ???? Three on ones, four on ones....yet we don't put the game to bed time and again wasting opportunites. It's criminal we have a world class player like Silva yet we can't get him in the game enough. Seems like we like to limp over the finishing line these days.

Hart, Zabba and Kolo were very good today. Garcia did a good job too. Clichy wobbled too often for my liking. Aguero aside of his tap in and Tevez have got to be sharper in front of goal. Ref gave them everything today too. Amazing every time they went down it was a free kick.

If Demba Ba is available for £7 million I'd have him straightaway.
 
Very important win with some key injuries. I've given kolo a lot of stick in the past but fair play to the lad today
 
53% possession yet conceeded 18 fouls to thier 9. Only with us do see the other team get 50% more free kicks despite less of the ball.
 
Made it harder than it should have been but a very good 3 points. Zaba man of the match for me with creditable mentions to Kolo and Nastasic at the back.
