Has been a complete powerhouse for us this season and his attitude and performances on the pitch are nothing short of inspiring.

Got the intelligence, ability, attitude and most importantly the winning mentality it takes to be a great captain for years to come.

I also believe he is one of only a handfull of our players who is genuinely proud to pull on a city shirt.

De jong for me. He's got a bit more of tenacity about which will command respect from others.

However, I do believe Kompany is a very close 2nd and has displayed exemplary conduct throughout his time here.

However it has to be Dejong.
