we have no captains in the team, all very quiet except bellamy, but he's nuts ?

Dunnie is the captain and we are missing his experience. We need to to ditch the 4-2-3-1 formation and play 4-1-3-2 home and away. We need more experience at the back, so I'd play:

Petrov when he's fit? Sure he doesn't track back but he is loud and has passion. Not afraid to mouth off the ref.

Watch him carefully he does a fair bit of talking in the midfield and he leads by example getting up and down the park may be a little early but he loves the club and would give it his all to be captain. Mad it may be but worth a gamble on Superman.

Just notice when he makes a tackle how the players react it gives everyone around the team a lift. He could well lead this team out in the coming years if he really wants it.
