Dias for me as he appears to be a very strong willed guy who wont stand any nonsense no matter who you are IMO.Very much in the Ferno mould.

Personally, I'm glad the lads choose by dues paid/ seniority, otherwise loads would have had Dias cap from the day he landed!!

It's not just about what goes on, on the pitch. It's the relationship with Guardiola and fellow players and being the conduit between the two and, maybe even beyond that to the football directors.

For that, you need longevity and respect from those beyond the team and the players should know that.
