Dias. He's a leader on the pitch already. Motivates the lads and bollocks them when required. Also been known to drag you by the neck to the required place. :-)
Do we know of any other clubs that pick their captains this way? Seems pretty unique to me but it has worked out well in the past. Some great captains since Pep has been here.
It's funny though, with Pep seen as such a controlling type. You'd think he would want to pick the captain too so it's cool that he lets the team decide.

Needs to be someone that plays near 100% of the time. That's rodri. Then dias.
