Barry defo for more just because he's consistent, the right age/experience and right position.

I'd put De Jong in as vice captain cos he scares people:)
 
going by shay's quotes at the weekend ( “I was screaming at the end of the Wolves match to stick it in the corner...." ) i think he'd make a great captain but i do think Barry would do a better job as he's in the thick of it and was captain at Villa for years.
 
Ireland anyday for me - seems to be the most commanding player always praising players or shouting, and by far the most confident player we have - also you can tell he loves the club, not here for the money, i know he gives a percentage of his wage to francis house kids home every month. the guy is a true, genuine guy amd would be a pleasure to be the leader of my club!!
