I reckon Vinnie and Kolo are both great leaders, as are all the players through the spine of our team, but they're fine concentrating on establishing a great centre back partnership and organising that. Leave them to do that, and give Big Nige the armband!
 
Gaz Baz for me, think it would change our rep with the officials apart from owt else, and stabilise for the big push 'til next season.
 
Kompany isn't mature enough yet for me, he still can't react well to a booking. I think it would do NDJ a whole load of good if he got it, given all the bad press he's got in the recent months.
That said, Barry or K. Touré are currently better options, in the short term, given their experience.

It might be a good idea to let K. Touré hold the captaincy for a while, and see how things go until the end of the season.


Or maybe this whole thing blows over, and it stays as Tévez.

But since he rarely plays for us id go with vinnie
 
Vincent Kompany, can see him being around for a long time. Absolute class act, who is very articulate, I think he would thrive in the role.
