Next Captain

Short-term Fernandinho. I think it'll make him a better player and less likely to have his mid-season blip. He shows glimpses of leadership material so often for us (unlike for Brazil), but never really nails it down. The way he bollocked Mahrez for pulling out of a 50/50 in the derby this season was good to see and I hope we see more of it from him. It might also curry him a bit more favour with refs.

for me it would be KDB.....I would have said Ferna and maybe it will be for a season but I think he has one more season left so long term it will be KDB
 
We need to be conscious that the next club captain will have responsibilities that go beyond what happens on the pitch. Silva and Aguero being somewhat media shy might rule them out on that front.

He has the intelligence and character as well as the application.

Future depends on some senior players departure .
As of today Ferny - David - kun - kdb - Raza- stones - Bernie - foden .
 
It should be Kev. Best player at the club and a leader on the pitch in terms of both position and demeanor. Most importantly, he plays with a certain edge and competitiveness in big games that I feel like we’ve missed at times. Never drops his head in big moments.
