Zabaleta by a country mile for me! Nobody in that team deserves it more, he gives 110% every game, and whilst he may not be the most talented player at the club, he's the one who is most committed, and would lead by example.

If Tevez 'leads by example???' then surely it should be NDJ. He plays in the middle of the park as well and so would be better able to communicate with the whole team.

Kompany for me too! Belgium National Caption already, looks like a born leader to me, not afraid to speak out when needed, Big Vinny would be a great choice for the captancy.

Head says Vincent kompany- A good advert for city and a fine example of how players should conduct themselves on and off the pitch.

Heart says Nigel de jong- He plays in the middle of the pitch an the example he sets in games is seen by all on and off the pitch, his tackles can galvanise the team in an instant and no one would dare challenge him.

I also believe he is one of only a handfull of our players who is genuinely proud to pull on a city shirt.

De jong for me. He's got a bit more of tenacity about which will command respect from others.

However, I do believe Kompany is a very close 2nd and has displayed exemplary conduct throughout his time here.

However it has to be Dejong.
