Next Manager after Pep

Not so imho, we aren't United who left a void. Succession planning will take place and we probably won't ever hear about it. Will inevitably be a drop off, but we will abide

The drop off will be the edge of the cliff.

Hopefully it will be another proven Spanish/ex-Barcelona club Manager, ex-successful Bayern Munich manger, or Arteta? Outside of those possibilities I can’t see where else City are going to get a manager to replace Pep, and to continue winning trophies. Forget managers from the UK, Italy, Portugal, etc.

A Lot depends on if the back room staff who were instrumental in Pep being here also stay.

If they also decide to move on - Then it’s going to be very difficult not to expect a big drop off
We have to do all we can to keep Ferran and Tixki when Pep does eventually leave.

To lose any will be hard but to lose all 3 at the same time would be disastrous.

There's no stand out candidate if Pep goes at the end of the season. Van Bronkhorst would be my choice, he's done a really good job at Rangers in a short period of time.
