More experienced than Pep when Barca appointed him head coach. Not saying they will choose him but I think a lack of experience would be only part of the decision-making and would not rule him out entirely.

If he takes Burnley up he's done as much as Pep, pre Barcelona first team. If he keeps them up, playing the sort of football they do with the squad they have, he will be in consideration.

Vinny doesn’t need to be Peps number 2, he’s already learnt from Pep as a player and transferred those ideas on the way Burnley are now playing, besides I don’t think he’d take it if it was offered.

Why would Vinny want to go from getting promoted from the Championship in charge of his own side to being one of Pep's many assistants?

You might as well suggest Jude Bellingham go into our u21 side.
