Next seasons home shirt (allegedly)

What baring does it actually have on your 'unconditional' support??

It means fuck all...

I wish people would be as passionate about those who play in the shirt sometimes, it might make a drastic improvement!!!

It has no bearing on our support of course, but that's wholly besides the point.

It completely undermines our heritage, it makes us look as if we have no tradition. Nike treat us as if we're some tinpot club, some blank canvas they can do whatever the fuck they want with.

It's wholly disrespectful as far as I'm concerned.

And we have no continuity with club colours and template under these clowns and that affects the way we're viewed abroad.

It reinforces the impression that we have no heritage and give weight to that jibe, we don't even have consistent club colours for fuck's sake. It's a joke.

I've genuinely spoken to newer blues online, from abroad, who don't know what our traditional colours are.

And how could you blame them really, given the complete mish mash they've been over the past several years?

It's a piss take IMO, and I think it's about time we got to grips with these clowns.

Do I like it ? Not much But I didn't like the 2012 kit either. Will I care if we celebrate winning the league in it, no, no more than I cared in 2012. If the clowns in the boardroom have spent time on the important stuff instead of the kit, well done them.

The shade of blue we wear has changed several times over the years but it never approaches anything like the blue worn by the vast majority of teams that wear blue. Nike are not alone in adjusting the shade; even Umbro did it in the good old days.

Young or old, new or Jurassic, when you feel so strongly about a representation from a football shirt, it's time to find a new hobby....

Newsflash, our heritage doesn't define us, it's those who have stuck through it all through thick and thin, that is the true embodiment of what it is to be a blue, spread that message rather than "well I like old coke better than new coke"...

Taste is one thing but Christ almighty!!!

It's not just the shade mate, we have Navy blue sleeves for fuck's sake. Sky blue shorts and white socks.

We have never worn such a kit in our entire, almost 130 year, history.

It's a complete joke.

It changes every single season, and it think it takes the piss out of us as a club and undermines our identity.

I care about the club's identity mate, we're a part of that, but so is the kit.

No other major European club has their colours fucked about with the way we do, and to neutrals that must tell its own story.
