Villarreal lost AGAIN yesterday to 18th place Racing Santander.

The good news is that Nilmar is back! He came off the bench - it doesn't mean much but does mean they have a striker who can score again. Some others are back from injury.

But I would not be too hopeful of them getting anything against Napoli.

while its possible to still qualify,anything can happen on paper napoli should see off villareal,but italian sides over the years have bottled at times when a certain result is required,would'nt be surprised at all if this game ended up a draw,but have a feeling our game with bayern could also end in a draw...

Must put out a full squad against Munich. Like in previous posts, if we are to put a second string out and then Napoli go and and get beat, we are going to look very stupid.

I cannot see us qualifying however beating Bayern will be a massive confidence boost for the team and would be good for us for when we go into the CL next time knowing we have beat a top top team.

I would start full strength and then if Napoli go 2-0 up, make 3 subs to rest for Chelsea

We were up against going through as soon as we drew the first home game against Napoli. To be fair we were up against it ever since the draw was made, we had the hardest group by far. If we had won that game against Napoli, which we should have, we would be going through imo. Wednesday night I think will see us bow out of the competition sadly. Napoli won't lose in Villareal , but I do expect us to beat Bayern however. I think Mancini will still want to send a message to Europe by beating one of the big boys, so I expect a very strong line up. If we go out , we go out with a bang by doing over one of the strongest teams in the world.
