Next up Weds night - Champions League - whats your view?

Got to go for the win against Bayern. We are around 11/4 to qualify which is not impossible. All our games now are big games and with todays cup draw pairing us with United Roberto is going to have to earn his pay that's for sure. We can discuss all we want but Mancini has to make the decisions. We certainly need a big squad otherwise we could implode similar to Arsenal last year. If we do qualify for the knock out rounds then I can see us signing a new striker and defender in early January.
 
just realised that its not completely unrealistic if we go through. napoli need a win to ensure theyr qualification, and they are away, where they usually play to counter so if villareal control this then they're in with a shout of getting a draw. im more worried about beating bayern though, they wont be letting us off in any shape or form.

just think of the utter jubilation if we go through on that night, these nights are what the champions league is about!

p.s lets also hope we dont do a typical city and have our champions league future lay on a plate for us (villareal getting a point) and us getting leathered by munich

Well you've just put the kybosh on it. Everyone knows City always lose when it's your first match.

We should go out to win with the strongest team possible. When we go through we don't have to worry about playing Thursday nights, and fucking up my pool nights schedule.

Nah, I have a very good record for my first game of the season, it is the last game of the season that I had problems with in previous years, but i think that even that has now changed :-)

Hmmm. I'd say what I though but it would lead to a ban suffice to say I think little of your post.
 
Wonder if Napoli fans are having a typical napoli discussion or is the typical tag only reserved for us.
